验方平郁方治疗帕金森病抑郁30例

Experiential Effective Pingyu Prescription in the Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease Depression

目的 观察验方平郁方治疗帕金森病抑郁的临床疗效。方法 将60例帕金森病抑郁患者随机分为2组,分别给予平郁方加减、盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗,治疗12周后对比评定疗效。结果 试验组:治愈22例,显效5例,有效2例,无效1例,不良反应0例。总有效率:96.7%(29/30),治愈率73.3%(22/30)。对照组:治愈13例,显效12例,有效2例,无效5例,不良反应16例。总有效率:83.3%(25/30),治愈率43.3%(13/30)。结论 验方平郁方治疗帕金森病抑郁疗效显著,而且治疗费用相对较低,安全性高,大部分患者能够承受,得到患者的认可。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pingyu prescription in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease depression.Methods Sixty patients with Parkinson’s disease depression were randomly divided into two groups,which were treated with Pingyu prescription and venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained release capsules respectively.After 12 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect was compared and evaluated.Results In the experimental group,22 cases were cured,5 cases were obvious effective,2 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective and 0 cases were adverse reaction,and the total effective rate and the cure rate was 96.7%(29/30) and 73.3%(22/30),respectively.In the control group,13 cases were cured,12 cases had obvious effect,2 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,16 cases were adverse reactions,and the total effective rate and the cure rate was 83.3%(25/30) and 43.3%(13/30).Conclusion Pingyu prescription has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease depression,and the treatment cost is relatively low,has high safety,most patients can bear,and has been recognized by patients.
