肌肉牵伸技术配合按揉外劳宫穴治疗急性落枕临床观察

Clinical Observation on Muscle Stretching Technique Combined with Massage on Wailaogong (EX-UE8) in the Treatment of Acute Stiff Neck

目的 探讨肌肉牵伸技术配合按揉外劳宫穴对急性落枕的即刻效应。方法 26例急性落枕患者,采用颈部肌肉牵伸技术及按揉外劳宫穴治疗1次,分别于治疗前后对患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎活动度(ROM)及临床疗效进行评定,对比疗效。结果 经治疗后即刻,患者VAS评分、颈椎各向ROM均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗总有效率84.6%(22/26)。结论 肌肉牵伸技术配合按揉外劳宫穴可以改善急性落枕患者疼痛及关节活动度,具有良好的即刻治疗效应。

Objective To explore the immediate effect of muscle stretching technique combined with massage on Wailaogong(EX-UE8) on acute stiff neck.Methods 26 patients with acute stiff neck were treated with cervical muscle stretching technique and massage on Wailaogong(EX-UE8) once.The visual analog score(VAS),cervical range of motion(ROM) and clinical efficacy were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results Immediately after treatment,VAS score and ROM of cervical were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 84.6%(22/26).Conclusion Muscle stretching technique combined with massage on Wailaogong(EX-UE8) can relieve the pain and improve cervical ROM of patients with acute stiff neck,and has good immediate therapeutic effect.
