寿胎丸联合地屈孕酮片对复发性流产患者细胞免疫因子的影响

Effects of Shoutai Pills Combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets on Cellular Immune Factors in Recurrent Abortion Patients

目的 研究寿胎丸联合地屈孕酮片在复发性流产中的应用效果。方法 选择平顶山市中医医院2020年5月—2021年5月就诊的复发性流产患者94例,按随机数字表法分成2组各47例。研究组予寿胎丸联合地屈孕酮片,对照组予地屈孕酮片,比较2组用药结果。结果 研究组总有效率、成功妊娠率高出对照组(P<0.05)。服药前2组临床症状积分、炎性因子、免疫因子比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服药后研究组临床症状积分、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、CD4^(+)辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th17/CD4^(+))、Th17/Treg低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、CD4^(+)调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg/CD4^(+))高出对照组(P<0.05)。结论 寿胎丸联合地屈孕酮片效果显著,可清除炎性反应,改善免疫功能,提升妊娠成功率。

Objective To study the effect of Shoutai pill and Dydrogesterone tablets in recurrent abortion.Methods 94 patients with recurrent abortion included in Pingdingshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The study group was Shoutai pill and Dydrogesterone tablets,and the control group was Dydrogesterone tablets.The medication results of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and successful pregnancy rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P0.05).After taking the medicine,the score,interleukin-2(IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),CD4^(+) helper T lymphocytes(Th17/CD4^(+)) and Th17/Treg of the study group were lower than those in the control group,and interleukin-10(IL-10) and CD4^(+)regulatory T lymphocytes(Treg/CD4^(+)) of the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shoutai pill and Dydrogesterone tablet is effective,which can eliminate inflammatory reaction,improve immune function and improve the success rate of pregnancy.
