中医情志护理对中风偏瘫患者抑郁状态和康复运动训练依从性的影响

Influence of Emotional Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Depression State and Compliance of Rehabilitation Exercise Training of Patients with Apoplexy Hemiplegia

目的 观察中医情志护理对中风偏瘫患者抑郁状态和康复运动训练依从性的影响。方法 以上栗县人民医院康复中医科接受治疗的72例中风偏瘫患者为研究对象,按抽签方式将其分为对照组和研究组,每组36例,对照组给予常规护理和康复运动训练指导,研究组在对照组基础上给予中医情志护理。比较2组抑郁状态、康复依从性、自我效能及日常生活能力。结果 2组护理后HAMD和SDS均下降(P<0.05),GSES和Barthel指数均增大(P<0.05)且研究组上述指标水平和康复运动训练依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医情志护理能改善中风偏瘫患者抑郁状态,提高其康复运动训练依从性,增强自我效能感和日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the influence of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on depression and rehabilitation exercise training compliance of patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods 72 cases of apoplexy hemiplegia patients treated in Shangli County People’s Hospital were divided into control group and research group by drawing lots,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and rehabilitation exercise training guidance,and the research group was given emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.Depression status,rehabilitation compliance,self-efficacy and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,HAMD and SDS in both groups decreased(P<0.05),GSES and Barthel index increased(P<0.05),and the levels of above indexes and rehabilitation exercise training compliance in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the depressive state of stroke patients with hemiplegia,improve their compliance with rehabilitation exercise training,and enhance their sense of self-efficacy and daily life ability.
