摘要
针对哈拉哈塘油田大水体发育的储层条件,以聚丙烯酰胺为主剂制备了一种超低密度(0.88~0.95 g/cm^(3))凝胶堵剂。探究了聚合物、密度调节剂M4对体系密度和增强剂Z3、密度调节剂M4对成胶强度的影响。结果表明:当体系加入密度调节剂时,体系密度可从1.2 g/cm^(3)降为0.88 g/cm^(3),同时密度调节剂M4对体系强度有明显增强作用,无密度调节剂M4时屈服应力只有42 Pa,密度调节剂M4质量分数为4%时,屈服应力为284 Pa。
According to the reservoir condition of large water body in Halahatang oilfield,a kind of ultra-low density(0.88~0.95 g/cm^(3))gel plugging agent was prepared with polyacrylamide as the main agent.The effects of polymer and density regulator M4 on the system density and the strengthening agent Z3 and density regulator M4 on the strength of the gel were explored.The results show that when the density regulator is added to the system,the system density can be reduced from 1.2 g/cm^(3) to 0.88 g/cm^(3).At the same time,the density regulator M4 can significantly enhance the strength of the system.The yield stress is only 42 Pa without the density regulator M4,and 284 Pa when the mass fraction of the density regulator M4 is 4%.
