摘要
综述了原子力显微镜在页岩孔隙表面力学性质方面的应用进展,总结了原子力显微镜在页岩表面形貌和孔隙结构方面的应用,包括页岩表面粗糙度的主要表征参数以及孔隙结构的表征方法,介绍了分水岭法识别孔隙结构的优势,展示了原子力显微镜在页岩表面力学性质方面的应用,包括杨氏模量、粘附力和表面电势的表征,展望了原子力显微镜在孔隙结构和力学性质表征方面的应用前景,进一步增强对原子力显微镜在页岩孔隙结构和力学性质的应用上的认识。
The application progress of atomic force microscopy in shale pore surface mechanical properties is reviewed.The application of atomic force microscopy in shale surface morphology and pore structure is summarized, including the main characterization parameters of shale surface roughness and characterization methods of pore structure.The advantages of watershed method in identifying pore structure are introduced.Shows the atomic force microscope in the mechanical properties of shale surface, including the Young’s modulus, adhesion force and the characterization of the surface potential, atomic force microscopy are discussed in terms of pore structure and mechanical properties characterization of application, further enhance the atomic force microscope in the shale pore structure and mechanical properties on the application of knowledge.
