摘要
综述了石油烃降解菌群的特点和构建方法,重点介绍了菌群构建的理论和原则、菌种选择/组合策略以及在石油烃污染环境修复中的最新应用。提出了该领域未来的研究重点,包括进一步探索高效便捷的基因组工程技术的应用、微生物代谢网络的调控机制和石油烃降解途径的识别。
This article reviews the characteristics and construction methods of petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacterial consortia, especially highlights the theory and principles underlying the consortium construction, the strategies of bacterium selection/combination, and the recent application in the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon polluted environment.The future focus of the studies in this field was proposed, which includes the further exploring the application of efficient and convenient genome engineering technology, the regulation mechanism of microbial metabolic network and the path way identification of petroleum hydrocarbon degradation.
