基于力学响应的路面设计指标影响因素分析

摘要 为了明确不同设计参数对半刚性基层沥青路面使用寿命的影响,选取沥青层厚度与路面结构层间状态两种设计参数,对路面结构在不同参数水平下的力学响应进行分析,并基于力学响应结果进行结构验算。结果表明:沥青层厚度每增加2 cm,底基层疲劳寿命增加7.2%;层间状态由完全连续变为完全滑动,疲劳开裂寿命最小值所在层位由底基层变为上基层,其疲劳寿命降仅为完全连续时的0.2%,永久变形预估深度由10.86 mm增加至14.77 mm,完全滑动相较于完全连续增加了36.0%。 In order to clarify the influence of different design parameters on the service life of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, two design parameters, asphalt layer thickness and inter-layer state of pavement structure, are selected to analyze the mechanical response of pavement structure under different parameter levels, and carry out structural checking calculation based on the mechanical response results. The results show that the fatigue life of the subbase increases by 7.2% with the increase of asphalt layer thickness by 2 cm;The interlayer state changes from completely continuous to fully sliding, and the layer where the minimum fatigue crack life is changed from sub base to upper base. The fatigue life decreases only 0.2% when it is completely continuous. The estimated depth of permanent deformation increases from 10.86mm to 14.77 mm, and the full sliding increases by 36.0% compared with the full continuous.
