摘要 为解决Kano黏滞模型无法描述黏滞参数时变的局限,通过引入执行机构的位置反馈信号和对应阀门开度的介质流量信号,提出了一种包含阀门和连接部件的黏滞特性在线检测和补偿量实时计算方法。仿真结果表明:该方法可以克服执行机构装置死区和黏滞特性变化的影响,有效地提升控制性能。 In order to solve the limitation that Kano viscosity model can not describe the time-varying viscosity parameters, a real-time calculation method of viscosity characteristics online detection and compensation including valve and connecting mechanism is proposed by introducing the position feedback signal of the actuator and the medium flow signal corresponding to the valve opening. Simulation results show that this method can overcome the influence of the change of dead zone and viscosity characteristics of the actuator, and effectively improve the control performance.
