海上深水井表层优快钻井技术研究

摘要 【目的】由于南海海洋环境恶劣,海上深水井表层钻井技术挑战大、作业难度高。深水井表层安全高效作业是深水井成功钻探的基础。【方法】为提高海上深水表层钻井作业效率、保证作业安全,基于技术调研、理论分析和作业实践,形成了深水一开导管喷射提速技术、深水二开钻井提速技术及深水浮式平台动力定位技术。【结果】在南海深水现场应用中取得了较好的实践效果,表层导管喷射时效和二开机械钻速逐步提高。【结论】技术研究成果解决了海上深水井表层作业难题,实现了表层优快钻井目的,为海上深水钻井提速增效积累了有益经验,具有推广应用价值。 [Purposes]Due to the harsh marine environment in the South China Sea,the surface drilling technology of offshore deep wells is challenging and difficult to operate.The safe and efficient operation of the surface is the basis for successful drilling of deep wells.[Methods]In order to improve the effi⁃ciency of offshore deepwater surface drilling and ensure the safety of operation,based on technical re⁃search,theoretical analysis and operation practice,the technologies of jetting speed-up of deepwater first-open conductor,speed-up of deepwater second-open drilling and dynamic positioning of deepwater floating platform were formed.[Findings]The field application in the deep water of the South China Sea has achieved good practical results,and the jet aging of the surface conductor and the penetration rate of the second drilling machine have gradually increased.[Conclusions]The technical research results have solved the problem of surface operation of offshore deep water wells,realized the purpose of surface opti⁃mal and fast drilling,and accumulated useful experience for improving the speed and efficiency of off⁃shore deep water drilling.
