河南省高校科技创新现状分析及提升对策

Analysis of the Present Situation of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Colleges and Universities in Henan Province and Countermeasures for Improvement

【目的】分析河南省高校科技创新能力建设的发展现状,为河南省高校科技创新能力的提升提出对策建议。【方法】以河南省高校在科技创新基础能力、科技创新投入能力等方面的数据为研究对象,进行差异化的对比分析研究。【结果】河南省高校在科技创新发展中取得了诸多成绩,但仍存在科技经费投入不足、基础研究能力不足、高能级科技创新平台缺乏等问题。【结论】河南省高校需要不断加大科技经费、人才队伍等方面的投入力度,以促进河南省高校科技创新能力提升。

[Purposes]This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of scientific and tech⁃nological innovation capacity of colleges and universities in Henan Province,and puts forward counter⁃measures and suggestions for the improvement of scientific and technological innovation capacity of col⁃leges and universities in Henan Province.[Methods]This paper takes the data of the basic capacity of scientific and technological innovation and the input capacity of scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities in our province as the research object,and carries out a comparative analysis of differences.[Findings]The universities in Henan Province have made many achievements in the de⁃velopment of scientific and technological innovation,but there are still problems such as insufficient in⁃vestment in scientific and technological funds,insufficient basic research capacity,and lack of highenergy scientific and technological innovation platforms.[Conclusions]Colleges and universities in Henan Province need to continuously increase investment in science and technology funds,talent team and other aspects to promote the improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability of col⁃leges and universities in the province.
