河南省装备制造业新型工业化赋能对策研究

Research on New Industrialization Enabling Countermeasures for Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Henan Province

【目的】厘清河南省装备制造业面临的主要问题,解析高端化智能化绿色化变革中的赋能机制,目的是推进河南省装备制造业新型工业化赋能绩效。【方法】主要从静态与动态、横向与纵向的维度,探析装备制造行业系统嵌入、多元融合的优化结构,分析新型工业化赋能的完备性、实效性。【结果】捋顺新型工业化赋能机制,构建装备行业相互渗透的赋能结构体系,是提升装备制造业实现新型工业化的关键。【结论】推进数字化赋能技术创新与核心企业的信息化转型,制定关联企业的整体绿色化产品追溯及评价标准,搭建政府、企业和第三方一体化的服务平台,是河南省快速实现新型工业化的有效路径。

[Purposes]Clarify the main problems of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Prov⁃ince,and analyze the enabling mechanism in the high-end intelligent and green transformation,in order to promote the new industrialization empowerment performance of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province.[Methods]Mainly from the dimensions of static and dynamic,horizontal and vertical,the optimization structure of system embedding and diversified integration of equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed,and the completeness and effectiveness of new industrialization empowerment is analyzed.[Findings]The key to realize the new industrialization of the equipment manufacturing indus⁃try is to smoothing out the problems in the new industrialization empowerment mechanism and building an enabling structure system for the interpenetration of the equipment industry.[Conclusions]Promoting digitally-enabled technological innovation,speeding up the information transformation of the core enter⁃prises,formulating the overall green product traceability and evaluation standards of affiliated enter⁃prises,and building an integrated service platform for government,enterprises as well as third parties are effective ways for Henan to rapidly realize new industrialization.
