射线氯分析仪在油品中氯含量测定的应用

摘要 文章探讨采用单色激发波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定油品中氯含量的方法,并与国标微库仑法分析氯含量进行比较。通过大量实验证明,单色激发波长色散的方法测定氯含量与国标微库仑分析测定氯含量数据差异符合标准,但单色激发波长色散的方法测定省去了很多操作环节,如氯含量较高的样品需要稀释的过程,不仅减小了稀释产生的误差,提高了精密度,缩短了分析时间,而且仪器日常维护简单方便,大大提高了分析效率。 This paper discusses the determination of chlorine in oil by monochromatic excited wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and compares it with the national standard microcoulomb method. A large number of experiments have proved that the difference between the monochromatic excited wavelength dispersion method for the determination of chlorine content and the national standard microcoulomb analysis for the determination of chlorine content is in line with the standard.However, the monochromatic excited wavelength dispersion method eliminates many operations, such as the dilution process for samples with high chlorine content, which not only reduces the dilution error, improves the precision and shorens the analysis time.Moreover, the daily maintenance of the instrument is simple and convenient, which greatly improves the efficiency of analysis.
