新增常四线对炼油厂总流程的影响分析

摘要 为进一步降低炼油厂柴汽比,减少柴油馏分收率,某炼油厂1 000万吨/年常减压装置通过改造,增加常四线柴油抽出。不仅完成了压减柴油的目的,还优化了装置减压深拔工况,提高了总拔收率,增加了全厂总流程中的蜡油收率,更是极大优化了柴油性质,实现了下游柴油加氢装置长周期稳定运行。 In order to further reduce the ratio of diesel to gasoline in the refinery and reduce the yield of diesel fraction, the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit with a capacity of 10 million tons/year in a refinery has been retrofitted to increase diesel extraction from the fourth atmospheric pipeline. It not only completes the purpose of reducing diesel, but also optimizes the pressure reduction and deep drawing conditions of the unit, improves the total drawing yield, increases the wax oil yield in the general process of the whole plant, greatly optimizes the diesel properties, and realizes the long-term stable operation of the downstream diesel hydrogenation unit.
