摘要
智能监控分析系统是一种科学的现场作业监管分析系统,利用作业监护仪完成对现场作业区域的全景监控,并实时回传数据到智能监控分析平台。一经发现异常情况,会快速聚焦目标并匹配有效处理方式,达到辅助决策的目的。通过人工智能技术的延伸和扩展,建设精准且高效的数据收集和预警分析体系,加快异常报警响应速度,降低风险事故发生概率的同时保障施工人员的健康安全。文章分析了石化行业对智能监控的需求,结合软硬件设计与实际应用场景,融合工业经验和现有技术,在有效提高现场作业分析效率的同时,高度贴合智慧工厂的发展理念。
The intelligent monitoring and analysis system is a scientific supervision and analysis system for field operations. It uses the operation monitor to complete the panoramic monitoring of the field operation area, and sends real-time data back to the intelligent monitoring and analysis platform. Once the abnormal situation is found, it will quickly focus on the target and match effective treatment methods to achieve the purpose of assisting decision-making. Through the extension and expansion of artificial intelligence technology, an accurate and efficient data acquisition and early warning and analysis system is built to speed up the response speed of abnormal alarms, reduce the probability of risky accidents and protect the health and safety of construction personnel. This paper analyzed the petrochemical industry’s demand for intelligent monitoring, combined with hardware and software design and practical application scenarios, combined with industrial experience and existing technology to effectively improve the efficiency of on-site operation analysis, and highly fit the development concept of smart factory.
