Quick Safety Management for Offshore Oil Production Platform

海洋石油生产平台远离海岸,运输通信皆受限制,一旦发生安全生产事故,事故排除和减损难度较大,因此其安全生产要求要远高于陆基石油生产平台。海洋石油平台的安全生产除了要依赖先进的开采技术、完善的安全生产制度,严格的日常监管更是不可或缺。因此,文章以此为出发点,以分析海洋油气平台生产管理中存在的问题为基础,对海洋油气平台安全生产制度构建问题进行探讨。

Offshore oil production platforms are far away from the coast, and their transportation and communication are restricted.Once a production safety accident occurs, it is more difficult to eliminate and reduce the accident. Therefore, the safety production requirements of offshore oil production platforms are much higher than those of land-based oil production platforms. In addition to relying on advanced exploitation technology and perfect production safety system, strict daily supervision is indispensable for the safe production of offshore oil platforms. Therefore, this paper takes this as the starting point and analyzes the problems existing in the production management of offshore oil and gas platform as the basis to discuss the construction of offshore oil and gas platform safety production system.
