摘要
化工企业生产工艺复杂,并且聚集着各类高危的原材料以及化学产品,生产过程中的原料、半成品、副产品、产品和废弃物大都是具有易燃、易爆、有毒、有害危险特性的危险化学品,发生事故后威胁人们的生命健康,给企业带来损失,阻碍社会稳定与和谐。文章总结以往化工灾害的特点,根据事故调查的结果做出合理的推论与假设,列举了化工火灾事故调查方法,经过对证据收集、材料分析、合理假设等,形成完善的事故调查的系统,掌握各项证据信息,从火灾动力学的角度展开分析,从而可以更好地避免火灾的发生。
The production process of chemical enterprises is complex, and gathers all kinds of high-risk raw materials and chemical products. The raw materials, semi-finished products, by-products, products and wastes in the production process are mostly dangerous chemicals with inflammable, explosive, toxic, harmful and dangerous characteristics. If an accident occurs, it will threaten people’s life and health and bring damage to enterprises Loss, hinder social stability and harmony.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the previous chemical disasters, makes reasonable inferences and assumptions according to the results of the accident investigation, and lists the investigation methods of chemical fire accidents. Through the collection of evidence, material analysis, reasonable assumptions, etc., a perfect accident investigation system is formed, and all the evidence information is mastered and analyzed from the perspective of fire dynamics, so as to better avoid the occurrence of fire.
