摘要
大学生综合素质评价是关系高校人才培养质量的重要因素和关键一环。立足于高校人才培养目标和社会对人才素质的需求,在明确综合素质评价体系构建原则的基础上,首先通过问卷调查、文献研究和座谈等方法确立了综合素质评价的指标集。其次,采用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和专家咨询法计算出各级指标权重。最后,采用定性和定量相结合的方法拟定了三级指标的评价标准,最终形成了一套科学合理的大学生综合素质评价体系,以期为其他高校制定合理的人才培养战略提供经验借鉴。
The comprehensive quality evaluation of college students is an important factor and a key link related to the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. Based on the talent training goals of colleges and the society’s demand for talent quality, this research clarifies the principles of comprehensive quality evaluation system construction. Firstly, the comprehensive quality evaluation index set is established through questionnaire survey, literature research and seminars. Secondly, using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and expert consultation to calculate the weight of indicators at all levels. Finally, combining the qualitative and quantitative methods to formulate the evaluation criteria with the three-level indicators, and form a scientific and reasonable comprehensive quality evaluation system for college students, which will provide references for other universities tin the related aspects.
