摘要
文中针对特种设备检验人员在检验过程中需要将发现的特种设备缺陷向用户开具书面整改意见的情况,提出一种基于知识图谱的特种设备检验整改意见开具系统。通过重新对特种设备缺陷整改问题描述内容、事故案例、维护保养等数据进行知识抽取、关联融合和可视化展示,构建特种设备现场检验意见的知识图谱,结合特种设备检验流程,设计和初步实现一种可以现场开具检验意见书的知识图谱系统,帮助检验人员快速、准确、完整和规范开具现场检验意见书,提高检验人员工作效率和工作质量。
In view of the situation that special equipment inspectors need to issue written rectification proposals to users for special equipment defects found during the inspection process, a special equipment inspection rectification opinions issuance system based on knowledge graph is proposed. The knowledge graph of on-site inspectionproposals of special equipments is constructed through knowledge extraction, association fusion and visual display of data such as defect rectification problem description, accident cases and maintenance of special equipment.Combined with the inspection process of special equipments, a knowledge graph system that can issue inspection proposals on site is designed and initially implemented to help inspectors issue on-site inspection proposals quickly, accurately, completely and normatively, to improve the efficiency of inspecting.
