水雷保险器智能水压检测装置设计

摘要 水雷保险器检测装置通用性不强,自动化程度不高;检测过程中需要人为干预,工作效率低下;不具备自动记录功能。针对几型保险器的共同结构、原理等特征,设计一款综合智能检测装置,解决当前检测设备不通用、检测效率低下、数据获取不规范等问题。 A mine safety device is not widely used,and it has caused many inconvenience to the equipment guarantee.The degree of automation is not high,and in the process of detection,there is a need for human intervention and low productivity.There is no automatic recording function,and each data must be detected by manual observation.Based on the common structure and principle of several kinds of safety instruments,a comprehensive intelligent detection device is designed to solve the main problems such as a low use of current detection equipment,low detection efficiency and failure of the data.
