摘要
将大数据技术应用在枪械质量管理领域,可以有效的整合枪械制造过程各阶段的质量数据资源,解决现阶段质量数据多而分散、数据结构层次不齐、数据资源难以应用的问题,并与设计、工艺、制造等装备的全生命周期串联在一起,实现枪械装备全寿命周期数据化管理。本文提出一种基于大数据谱系的枪械质量数据管理方法,能够满足枪械制造过程质量数据管理要求,结构化存储和监测结果实时展现的需求,并对历史数据多维钻取,实现枪械质量问题的精准溯源。
The demand for life cycle management of light weapon equipment has promoted the research and development of data-driven quality control.The quality control of firearm equipment has gradually changed from the original static periodic control mode to a dynamic real-time monitoring mode.The application of big data technology in the field of firearm quality management can effectively integrate the quality data resources at all stages of firearm manufacturing process,solve the problems of many scattered quality data,poor data structure and difficult application of data resources at this stage,and connect them with the whole life cycle of equipment such as design,process and manufacturing,so as to realize the life cycle data management of firearm equipment.This paper proposes a gun quality data management method based on big data pedigree,which can meet the requirements of gun manufacturing process quality data management,structured storage and real-time display of monitoring results,and drill multi-dimensional historical data to realize accurate tracing of gun quality problems.
