共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是社会主义现代化的目标要旨。新时代共同富裕以马克思恩格斯共同富裕思想为理论基石,以中国传统文化中的富民、大同思想为文化基因,以百年来中国共产党人对共同富裕的理路探索为历史根基,以现时代党和国家事业发展的伟大成就为现实基础,具有深厚的生成基础与时代底蕴。新时代共同富裕内具深刻严密的逻辑意涵:共同富裕不是整齐划一的平均主义是其认知前提;全体人民共建共享的富裕是其内涵精髓;物质生活与精神生活共同富裕是其外延范畴;中国式现代化的显著特征是其重要标志。新时代扎实推动共同富裕,要坚持党的全面领导,推进经济实现高质量发展;要坚持以人民为中心,汇聚共同富裕的实现“合力”;要坚持和完善基本制度体系,夯实推动共同富裕的制度基础。

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism as well as the aim of socialist modernization.With Marx and Engels’ common prosperity thoughts as the theoretical foundation, the idea of enabling people to get rich and Datong in traditional Chinese culture as the cultural genes, the hundred-year exploration of the Chinese communists to common prosperity as the historical roots, and the great development achieved by the Party and state as the realistic foundation, common prosperity in the new era has a profound foundation and background of the Times.Common prosperity in the new era has profound and rigorous logical implications, that is, the cognitive premise of common prosperity is not uniform egalitarianism;the essence of its connotation is the prosperity shared by all the people;common prosperity for material life and spiritual life is its extension category;and the distinctive feature of Chinese modernization is its important identification.To promote common prosperity in the new era, we must uphold the overall leadership of the Party and promote high-quality economic development.We need to put the people at the center and work together to achieve common prosperity, and must adhere to and improve the basic institutional system to consolidate the institutional foundation for promoting common prosperity.
