Family Doctor Team Capacity of Service Enhancement and Development Paths Research in China

在界定家庭医生服务能力内涵的基础上,分析英国、美国、古巴3个国家的家庭医生制度运行机制和启示。提出我国应从发挥政府与市场的双重作用,协调政府与市场的关系;强化国家财政投入和政策配套管理;建立和完善家庭医生激励机制等方面探索出一条适合我国国情的家庭医生服务能力提升与发展路径。

On the basis of defining the connotation of family doctor service ability,the operation mechanism and enlightenment of family doctor system in Britain,the United States,Cuba and other countries are analyzed.It suggests that China should play the dual role of the government and the market,coordinate the relationship between the government and the market,and strengthen the national financial input and policy supporting management,and establish and improve the incentive mechanism of family doctors.
