The construction of characteristic departments of primary medical and health institutions is one of the measures taken by Jiangsu province to strengthen the grass-roots level in recent years,which has far-reaching significance for promoting the implementation of the national hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,the sinking of high-quality specialized resources,and the improvement of grass-roots medical services.The paper introduces the preliminary exploration of the construction of municipal incubation center in Nanjing grass-roots departments,including construction objectives,construction process,key tasks,reward and punishment mechanism,construction characteristics,which can provide reference for the construction of characteristic departments in provincial and municipal grass-roots medical and health institutions.
