学校结核病防控体系评估与优化策略研究

Study on Evaluation and Optimization Strategy of School Tuberculosis Prevention and Control System

目前我国结核病防控工作已经进入攻坚期,虽然已有系统的防控体系,但在实际防控过程中因结核病暴发场景不同导致其指导性仍有不足,缺乏明确的校园结核病防控流程与工作规范。研究将校园结核病防控的特点与公共卫生服务体系的构成要素相结合,依照“结构-过程-结果”构建了校园结核病防控体系,旨在强调各相关主体对学校结核病全方位、动态、闭环的联防联控工作,同时提出了建立持续通畅的协作机制、加强政策间的协调互动等建议。

At present,tuberculosis prevention and control work in China has entered a critical period.Although there is a systematic prevention and control system,its guidance in the actual prevention and control process due to different tuberculosis outbreak scenarios is still insufficient,and there is a lack of clear prevention and control procedures for campus tuberculosis prevention and control.The study will be the characteristics of the campus tuberculosis prevention and control and the elements of public health service system,in accordance with the“structure-process-result”build the campus tuberculosis prevention and control system,aims to emphasize the relevant subject to school TB comprehensive,dynamic,closed loop zone spreading work,at the same time put forward the continuous smooth collaboration mechanism,strengthen the coordination and interaction between policy suggestions.
