数字经济发展对京津冀产业结构的影响研究——基于与长三角的比较

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy Development on the Industrial Structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region——Based on the Comparison with the Yangtze River Delta

基于数字经济发展对产业结构的影响机理,以2011年至2020年的数据为样本,采用主成分分析法和回归分析法进行实证分析,得出京津冀地区的数字经济发展较长三角地区偏低,但京津冀地区数字经济发展对产业结构优化的效果优于长三角地区,其中,人力资本起到了较好的调节效应。建议构建京津冀地区全新的数字化技术体系,加快京津冀数字化规划和布局,加大数字化专业人才培养力度,重振京津冀地区数字化人才优势,为产业结构优化和新旧动能转换提供有效支撑。

Based on the impact mechanism of digital economy development on industrial structure, taking the data from 2011 to 2020 as the sample, and using the principal component analysis and regression analysis to conduct empirical analysis, it is concluded that the digital economy development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is lower than that in the Yangtze River Delta region, but the effect of digital economy development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region on the optimization of industrial structure is better than that in the Yangtze River Delta region, in which human capital has played a better regulatory role. It is suggested to build a new digital technology system in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, accelerate the digital planning and layout of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, increase the training of digital professionals, revitalize the advantages of digital talents in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and provide effective support for the optimization of industrial structure and the conversion of old-new kinetic energy.
