Construction of Diploma-and-certificate Integration Modular Curriculum System Based on PGSD Model

书证融通是1+X证书制度的主要内涵,需要有相应的课程体系来承载和实施。然而现有的书证融通课程体系存在形式大于内涵、学历证书和X证书教学“两张皮”的问题。数字经济时代高素质复合型技术技能人才的培养,需要与之相适应的人才培养模式和课程体系。文章以试点单位跨境电商专业为例,运用PGSD能力分析模型分析岗位综合职业能力,结合“宽基础、活模块”课程模式,以满足人才可持续发展、符合企业岗位职业能力需求为标准,探索书证融通模块化课程体系的构建路径。

Diploma-and-certificate integration is the main connotation of 1+X certificate system, demanding for corresponding curriculum system to support and implement the system. However, the existing curriculum modes for diploma-and-certificate integration have problems, such as the form is greater than the connotation, and the teachings of diploma and X certificate are totally separate. In the era of digital economy, the training of high-quality comprehensive technical talents appeals to the corresponding talents training mode and curriculum system. The paper takes the pilot major cross-border E-commerce as an example, utilizing PGSD ability analysis model to analyze the comprehensive vocational abilities of the posts, combining“wide foundation, flexible module”curriculum mode, setting the standards as keeping the sustainable development of talents, and meeting the requirements of enterprise post vocational ability, to explore the pathway of construction of diploma-and-certificate integration modular curriculum system.
