双高院校社会服务效率评价研究:基于54所双高院校的实证分析

Research on the Social Service Efficiency Evaluation of Double-high Higher Vocational Colleges:Based on the Empirical Analysis of 54 Double-high Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校提升社会服务效率,对推动职业教育高质量发展和促进社会经济有效运行具有重要意义。通过DEA分析法,对54所双高院校的社会服务效率研究发现:双高院校社会服务效率尚未达到DEA有效,经济区域间及区域内的双高院校其社会服务效率差异较大,非DEA有效的双高院校不同程度地存在投入冗余、社会服务产出不足的问题。双高院校需要推进院校治理现代化,提高资源配置效率,深化“三教”改革,提升人才培养质量,创新产教融合机制,加强产业服务发展力。

The improvement of social service efficiency in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to promote the highquality development of vocational education and effective function of social economy. The study on the social service efficiency of54 double-high higher vocational colleges through DEA analysis finds that social service efficiency has not yet reached the DEA effective, there are great differences in social service efficiency between and within economic regions, and non-DEA effective double-high higher vocational colleges have problems of redundant input and insufficient social service output to varying degrees. It is necessary for double-high higher vocational colleges to promote the modernization of school governance, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, deepen“three-education”reform, improve the quality of talents training, innovate the mechanism for the integration of production and education, and strengthen the capacity of industrial service development.
