基于顶升方式的岸边集装箱起重机落地型加高设备研究

随着船舶大型化的发展,岸边集装箱起重机的起升高度也随之加大,对现有岸边集装箱起重机进行加高改造也是码头业主的主要选择之一。文中介绍了一款落地型加高装置,详细叙述了其特点是设备受力点落于码头面,采用液压缸顶升的方式抬升岸边集装箱起重机上部结构至需要高度。当多台岸边集装箱起重机加高时,可以做到设备不动,岸边集装箱起重机移动到设备上进行加高。

With the large-scale development of ships,the lifting height of quayside container cranes has also increased,and it is also one of the main options of wharf owners to upgrade the existing quayside container cranes.The author introduces a landing heightening device,which is characterized in that the stress point of the device falls on the wharf surface and the superstructure of the quayside container crane is lifted to the required height by hydraulic cylinder.When heightening several quayside container cranes,the quayside container cranes can be moved to the equipment for heightening without moving the equipment.
