基于层次分析法与专家打分法的机械式停车设备安全评价指标体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 机械停车设备具有一定自动化程度,但因其作业环境复杂、无强制性维护保养要求、缺少专人操作易发生较大人员伤害和车辆损失事故,对其建立安全评价指标体系具有较大必要性。文中通过溯源机械式停车设备常见故障、失效模式,结合历史事故和检验检测数据,从金属结构、机构和零部件、电气系统、安全防护装置的角度确定了机械式停车设备安全评价系统的层次结构和指标。并采用专家打分法,根据专家经验和知识提供了各指标权重系数和等级划分的确定思路,初步建立了机械式停车设备安全评价指标体系,并对设备样本进行了安全评价。 Because mechanical parking equipment has certain automation,complex working environment,no need for compulsory maintenance,lack of special personnel to operate,and is prone to serious personal injury and vehicle loss accidents,it is necessary to establish a safety evaluation indicator system.By tracing the common failures and failure modes of mechanical parking equipment,and combining with historical accidents and inspection data,the hierarchical structure and indicators of the safety evaluation system of mechanical parking equipment are determined from the aspects of metal structure,mechanism and parts,electrical system and safety protection device.Using the expert scoring method,according to the experience and knowledge of experts,the weight coefficient and grading idea of each indicator are determined,the safety evaluation indicator system of mechanical parking equipment is preliminarily established,and the safety evaluation of equipment samples is carried out.
