多品种柔性智能化重载EMS生产线系统设计及应用

摘要 根据新能源中高端商务车车型品种过多、整车质量过重、承载结构复杂、底部构件繁多等特性,文中设计一种多品种柔性智能化重载EMS生产线系统,设计中主要研究解决高端商务客车多品种、大吨位重载车型生产的连续性、柔性、智能化混线批量生产,结合前悬、后桥、电池包等零部件进行差异性分析及系统化设计,研发出重载型多品车身吊具、重载双胞胎式接车机构、吊具定位支撑调节锁紧装置、接车机构专用抱胎夹持器等配套关键设备,实现生产线智能化进行自动化输送、装配和高精度产品自动转接。在设计研发过程中,采用了3D动漫仿真分析各分线装配与主线装配配合的工艺节拍和装配瓶颈性问题,实现生产节拍一直协调,采用SolidWorks受力计算分析软件进行设备结构支撑受力分析和使用寿命分析从而解决设备结构支撑强度问题和处理材料应力的方法,保证使用寿命及应用安全。采用PLC连锁控制编程软件组成智能化控制系统实现设备自身动作和连线装配自动化控制。该设计已被实施使用,使用效果良好,在同类产品中具有独到创新性。更好地实现了具备柔性、智能的车辆底部(底装线)工艺装配技术。 Considering the characteristics of high-end commercial vehicles in new energy applications,such as too many models,too large vehicle quality,complex load-bearing structure and numerous bottom components,a multi-variety flexible intelligent heavy-duty EMS production line system is proposed.In the design stage,the continuous,flexible and intelligent mixed-line batch production of high-end commercial vehicles with various types and large tonnage was mainly considered.Combined with the front suspension,rear axle,battery pack and other parts,the difference analysis and systematic design were carried out,and the supporting key equipment such as heavy-duty multi-product body spreader,heavy-duty twin carreceiving mechanism,spreader positioning,supporting,adjusting and locking device,and special tire-holding clamp for car-receiving mechanism were developed,which realized the comprehensive intelligence of the production line,automatic transportation,assembly and automatic transfer of high-precision products.During research and development,3D animation simulation was carried out to analyze the process rhythm and key assembly problems between each branch line and the main line,and realize production coordination.SolidWorks stress calculation and analysis software was used to analyze the stress and service life of the equipment structure,so as to solve the problems related to the supporting strength of the equipment structure and deal with the material stress,and ensure the service life and safety in application.The intelligent control system based on PLC interlocking control programming software realizes the automatic control of equipment and connection assembly.This design has been applied with a good performance.Compared with similar products,this design is innovative and can better realize flexible and intelligent vehicle bottom(bottom assembly line)process assembly.
