贝索系统与Bactec 960系统在结核分枝杆菌快速培养中的应用

摘要 目的评估贝索系统与Bactec 960系统在结核分枝杆菌快速培养中的效果。方法收集浙江大学医学院附属杭州市胸科医院2021年10月-2021年11月疑似结核病患者痰标本共216份。对每份标本分别进行贝索系统和Bactec 960系统快速培养,分析两种方法的阳性检出率、阳性报告时间及污染率。结果贝索系统与Bactec 960系统在结核分枝杆菌的阳性检出率及阳性报告时间上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),污染率均为7.41%,在质控要求范围。结论贝索系统较Bactec 960系统操作简单,阳性检出率和阳性报告时间两者一致性较高,污染率均容易控制,故贝索系统是比较理想的结核分枝杆菌快速培养方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Besso rapid culture system and Bactec 960 rapid culture system in M.tuberculosis culture.Methods A total of 216 sputum samples from suspected TB patients at Hangzhou Chest Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College were collected from October 2021 to November 2021.The Beso and Bactec 960 samples were cultured separately,and the positive detection rate,positive reporting time and contamination rate of the two methods were analyzed.Results The positive detection rate and positive time between BSA and Bactec 960 were not significant(P>0.05),and the contamination rate was 7.41%,in the range of quality control requirements.Conclusion The Beso rapid culture system is easy to operate,the positive detection rate and positive reporting time are more consistent,and the contamination rate is easy to control.It is an ideal rapid culture method for M.tuberculosis,and is worthy of clinical application.
