半导体材料为现代科技的发展提供了强大助力,同时它的发展也推动了世界工业和产业的发展,极大地提升了社会的生产力。今天,第三代半导体材料的研发受到了世界各国政府、企业的高度重视。本文将结合半导体材料的发展历程,研究第三代半导体材料的特性、国内外研发趋势、现存问题,为第三代半导体材料发展提供改进对策,为第三代半导体材料发展前景提供参考。
Semiconductor materials provide a strong boost to the development of modern science and technology, and its development also promotes the development of world industry and industry, greatly improving the productivity of society. Today, the research and development of third-generation semiconductor materials has been highly valued by governments and enterprises around the world. Based on the development process of semiconductor materials, this paper will study the characteristics, domestic and foreign R&D trends, and existing problems of third-generation semiconductor materials, provide improvement countermeasures for the development of third-generation semiconductor materials, and provide reference for the development prospects of third-generation semiconductor materials.
