在西方金融资本主义处于危机周期的当下,我国以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的实践具有世界历史意义。从发生逻辑上看,中国式现代化的制度根基是在金融资本帝国体系下后发国家向西方学习现代化无果,转向马克思主义、新型民主革命、社会主义的结果;从实践成就看,中国式现代化具有利用国际生产力、有效发挥市场资源配置功能、推动工业化持续发展、实现共同富裕、实现绿色发展、推动世界和平的制度功能。从世界大变局时代对世界之问、人民之问、时代之问的解答来看,中国式现代化及其实践具有稳定世界经济、推动新自由主义道路转向、发展和复兴科学社会主义、推动人类文明进步发展的世界历史意义。

At the moment when Western financial capitalism is in a crisis cycle,China’s practice of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation throughChinese-style modernization has world-historical significance.From the perspective of occurrence logic,the institutional roots of Chinese-stylemodernization result from late-developing countries’unsuccessful attempt to learn modernization from the West under the imperial system offinancial capital and their turning to Marxism,new democratic revolution and socialism;in terms of practical achievements,Chinese-stylemodernization has the institutional functions of utilizing international productive forces,effectively playing the role of resource allocation throughmarket,promoting sustainable industrialization,achieving common prosperity,realizing green development,and promoting world peace.From theperspective of the answers to the questions of world,of the people,and of the times in the era of great changes in the world,Chinese-stylemodernisation and its practice have the world-historical significance of stabilising the world economy,promoting the shift of the neoliberal modernisation,developing and reviving scientific socialism,and promoting the progressive development of human civilisation.
