基于相火理论的甲状腺生理病理探讨

相火禀于命门,与元气关系密切,一气周流,经少阳升发活动,流畅通达,发挥温煦脏腑、促进生长发育的生理功能。甲状腺激素亦与人体维持温热、促进生长发育密切相关。通过查阅大量文献,结合临床实际,认为甲状腺功能与相火生理方面相似,病理方面相关。基于相火理论探讨甲状腺的生理病理,并进一步思考临床治法。认为甲状腺功能亢进症表现为相火妄动,当“治以咸寒,佐以甘苦”。甲状腺功能减退症表现为相火虚衰,三焦阴邪留滞,当温补脾肾,通行三焦元气。
