摘要
蒙药巴特日-7常用于治疗各种感染性疾病,具有良好的临床疗效,被誉为蒙药抗生素。本文全面总结蒙药巴特日-7抗病原菌作用机制的研究进展,梳理蒙药巴特日-7抗病原菌及有效物质的研究文献,可知巴特日-7对治疗细菌和其他病原微生物感染的疾病广泛有效,尤其对肠道细菌感染性疾病疗效明确。通过分析药材成分可知巴特日-7含有生物碱、有机酸、黄酮类等多个具有抑菌活性的化合物,其中黄酮类、生物碱类等次生代谢产物可能是主要的抑菌活性物质。巴特日-7含有的丰富天然活性物质及其叠加抑菌消炎作用的研究将会揭开巴特日-7抗病原菌的潜在作用机制,这也将成为下一步研究的主要方向。
Mongolian medicine Batri-7 is often used to treat various infectious diseases with the best clinical efficacy,which is known as Mongolian medicine antibiotics.In this paper,we summarize the research progress of the anti-pathogen mechanisms of Mongolian medicine Batri-7,review the research literature of anti-pathogens bacteria effects of Mongolian medicine Batri-7 and its effective substances.This review indicates that the Batri-7 widely effective treated in bacterial and microbial pathogenic infection,especially in intestinal pathogens’infectious diseases.By analyzing the components of Batri-7,results showing the Batri-7 contains alkaloids,organic acids,flavonoids,and other compounds with antibacterial activity,among them flavonoids,alkaloids,and other secondary metabolites are the antibacterial substances.Further research about the abundant natural active substances contained in Batri-7,and its superimposed bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory effects will uncover the potential mechanism of action of Batri-7 against pathogens,which also will be contents of investigation in the future.
