摘要
5G开关电源改造时会遇到部分站点整流模块型号已停产、开关电源终局容量不足以及原开关电源不满足三相电接入的问题,若直接替换新的开关电源,则成本太高.基于此,研究开关电源低成本改造方案,通过拆除冗余的停产整流模块、开关电源插框改造以及开关电源单相改三相来有效降低改造成本.
During the transformation of 5G switching power supply,there will be some problems,such as the model of rectifier module in some stations has been discontinued,the final capacity of switching power supply is insufficient,and the original switching power supply can not meet the needs of three-phase power access.If the new switching power supply is directly replaced,the cost will be too high.Based on this,the low-cost transformation scheme of switching power supply is studied,and the transformation cost is effectively reduced by removing redundant shutdown rectifier modules,reforming switching power supply frame and changing switching power supply from single phase to three phase.
