摘要
"碳达峰"和"碳中和"目标的提出,使得新能源发电及新能源汽车产业迅速发展.越来越多的新能源分布式电源及电动汽车充电负荷接入到配电网,势必会对整个配电网规划产生一定影响.研究分析了充电汽车负荷以及构建主动配电网规划中的模型与目标函数,使用IEEE33节点配电系统验证模型及算法的经济性和可靠性.
The proposal of"peak carbon dioxide emissions"and"carbon neutrality"makes the new energy power generation and new energy automobile industry develop rapidly.More and more new energy distributed power sources and electric vehicle charging loads are connected to the distribution network,which is bound to have a certain impact on the whole distribution network planning.The load of the charging vehicle and the model and objective function in the planning of active distribution network are analyzed,the IEEE33-node distribution system is used to verify the economy and reliability of the model and algorithm.
