摘要
车辆的除霜性能是整车开发过程及整车性能试验的一项重要指标。在设计开发阶段的除霜分析主要通过ANSA&Fluent软件进行模拟分析,整车阶段主要通过环境仓进行试验验证。文章针对环境仓试验车辆除霜不合格问题,应用ANSA&Fluent软件进行计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟分析,根据分析结果运用CATIA软件对空调风道进行优化修改,针对修改后的数据再次进行CFD模拟分析,分析合格之后再进行整车环境仓试验验证分析结果,如此形成一个完整的分析-验证闭环流程。风道开发过程中通过ANSA&Fluent软件进行CFD模拟分析可以有效避免后期整车试验阶段的除霜问题,避免问题整改的人力、时间、费用的浪费。
Defrosting performance is an important index in vehicle development and vehicle performance test.In the design and development stage,the defrosting analysis is mainly carried out by ANSA & Fluent software simulation analysis,and in the vehicle stage,the test is mainly carried out by environmental chamber.Aiming at the problem of unqualified defrosting of environmental chamber test vehicle,this paper applied ANSA & Fluent software to carry out computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation analysis.According to the analysis results,CATIA software was used to optimize and modify the air duct of the air conditioner,and CFD simulation analysis was carried out again for the modified data.After the analysis is qualified,the analysis results are verified by the vehicle environmental chamber test,thus forming a complete closed-loop process of analysisverification.In the process of air duct development,CFD simulation analysis by ANSA & Fluent software can effectively avoid defrosting problems in the later vehicle test stage,and avoid the waste of manpower,time and cost of problem rectification.
