摘要 研究了表面活性剂、复配砂面粉、立体消光浆以及冬夏季差异化配方对聚氨酯面漆品质稳定性的影响。结果表明:使用复配表面活性剂有利于改善涂料细度的稳定性;复配砂面粉可带来稳定的砂面纹理效果与强烈而随和的漆膜质感;采用立体消光浆将大幅度提升漆膜光泽对膜厚变化的稳定性;面漆固化剂组分中助溶剂采用冬夏季差异化配方、固化剂与主漆中—NCO与—OH物质的量比随冬夏季而调整等,均有助于消除环境条件改变对漆膜干燥时间、流平性、消泡效果等性能的影响。 Effects of surfactants,compounded texture powders,multiple matting slurry,and differentiated formulations for different seasons on the quality stability of polyurethane topcoat were mainly studied.The results showed that surfactants were helpful to improve the fineness stability of coatings,compounded texture powders resulted in stable sand texture effect and strong paint film texture,application of multiple matting slurry could substantially improve gloss stability on film thickness.Moreover,the design of differentiated formulations of the curing agent for different seasons in topcoat,and the seasonal adjustment of mole ratio of —NCO and —OH in curing agent and main paint could both contribute to eliminate the impact on coating performances such as drying time,levelling property and defoaming effect.
