被引期刊质量的5年影响因子计算修正法

5-year impact factor calculation amendment based on the quality of cited journals

针对传统5年影响因子评价期刊时未考虑被引期刊质量问题,设计基于被引期刊质量的5年影响因子修正法,并以8种教育类期刊为例对影响因子修正公式进行校验分析.结果表明,基于被引期刊质量的5年影响因子修正式提供了基于期刊质量的不同学科因不同时限要求、不同科研发展速率的期刊评价的通式,细化了对期刊影响因子值相近期刊的评价,对影响因子计算公式进一步完善修正.

The quality of the cited journals was not considered in the journal evaluation of 5-year impact factor. Impact factor amendment is designed based on the quality of the cited journals,and it is analyzed with 8 kinds of educational journals. The results show that the 5-year impact factor amendment based on the quality of cited journals provides a general formula about to the evaluation of journals with different time limits and different scientific research development rates for different subjects, which refines the evaluation of journals with similar impact factor values.The calculation formula of impact factors has been further improved and revised.
