不同检测方法检测4种生殖道病原体的结果差异和应用价值

The difference of results and application value of different detection methods in detecting four pathogens of genital tract

目的:比较PCR荧光探针法、乳胶法、培养法及ELISA法对生殖道分泌物中淋病奈瑟菌(Neisseria Gonorrhoeae,NG)、解脲脲原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,Uu)、沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia Trachomatis,CT)及单纯性疱疹病毒2型(Herpes Simplex Virus type 2,HSV-2)的检出率,分析其结果差异和应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年5月我院性病门诊就诊的100例患者作为研究对象。采用PCR荧光探针法对NG、Uu、CT、HSV-2进行检测,同时采用培养法检测Uu、NG;胶体金法检测CT;ELISA法检测HSV-2,并将PCR荧光探针法与其他3种方法检测结果进行比较分析。结果:在NG、Uu、CT的检测结果中,PCR荧光探针法NG、Uu阳性率与培养法无明显差异(P>0.05),PCR荧光探针法CT结果阳性率明显高于胶体金法(P<0.05)。在检测HSV-2的结果中,PCR荧光探针法阳性率明显低于ELISA(P<0.05)。结论:与胶体金法、ELISA法相比,PCR荧光探针法可显著提高CT、HSV-2检出率,且与培养法NG、Uu的检出率相近,有助于临床实施早期诊断并及时治疗。

Objective:The detection of Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(NG),U.urealyticum(Uu),Chlamydia Trachomatis(Trachomatis)in reproductive tract secretions by PCR fluorescent probe method,latex method,culture method and ELISA method was compared.(CT)and Herpes Simplex Virus type 2(HSV-2),and to analyze the difference of results and application value.Methods:From January 2021 to May 2022,69 cases of genital tract secretions and 21 cases of blood samples were collected and analyzed.PCR fluorescent probe method was used to detect NG,Uu,CT and HSV-2,and culture method was used to detect Uu and NG.Colloid gold method to detect CT;HSV-2 was detected by ELISA,and the results of PCR fluorescent probe method were compared with those of other three methods.Results:Among 100 cases of NG,Uu and CT results detected by PCR fluorescent probe method,culture method and colloidal gold method,There was no significant difference in the positive rates of NG and Uu in PCR fluorescent probe method(44.00%(44/100),49.00%(49/100))and culture method(42.00%(42/100),47.00%(47/100))(P>0.05).The positive rate of PCR fluorescent probe method was 30.00%(30/100),which was higher than that of colloidal gold method(17.00%(17/100),P<0.05).In 21 cases of HSV-2 detection by both PCR and ELISA,the positive rate of PCR fluorescence probe was 57.14%(12/21),lower than that of ELISA 85.71%(18/21)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with colloidal gold method and ELISA method,PCR fluorescent probe method can significantly improve the detection rate of CT and HSV-2,and is similar to the detection rate of NG and Uu of culture method,which is helpful for early diagnosis and timely treatment.
