FLIPUS与微波对老年性膝骨关节炎患者疼痛、膝关节结构功能及炎性因子水平的影响效果对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨低强度聚焦超声波(Focused low-intensity pulsed ultrasound,FLIPUS)与微波对老年性膝骨关节炎患者疼痛、膝关节结构功能及炎性因子水平的影响效果。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年3月期间我科收治的103例老年性膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=52)。所有患者均接受康复指导,对照组采用联合微波干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加FLIPUS干预。对比两组患者疼痛缓解效果、膝关节结构功能、炎性因子水平。结果:干预第3 d、第6 d及第10 d后,观察组视觉模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)分值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预10 d后,观察组膝关节结构功能中西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index,WOMAC)、奎森功能演算指数(Lequesne index,LI)量表分值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素1β(Interleukin 1β,IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin 6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)炎症因子水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:FLIPUS与微波应用于老年性膝骨关节炎患者可有效缓解其疼痛症状,提高膝关节结构功能,降低炎症因子水平。 Objective:To investigate the effects of focused low-intensity ultrasound(FLIPUS)and microwave on pain,knee structure and function,and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 103 patients with senile knee osteoarthritis in our department from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=52).All patients were given rehabilitation guidance,the control group combined with microwave intervention,and the observation group was given FLIPUS intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain relief effect,knee joint structure and function,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 3rd,6th and 10th day after intervention,the Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 10 days of intervention,the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index of knee structure and function in the observation group.The scores of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)and Lequesne index(LI)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of Interleukin 1β(IL-1β),Interleukin 6(IL-6)and Tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of FLIPUS and microwave in elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve pain symptoms,improve knee structure and function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
