探讨强力定眩片联合倍他司汀对眩晕症患者血流动力学水平及ET-1、CGRP平衡状态的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨强力定眩片联合倍他司汀对眩晕症患者血流动力学水平及内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)/人降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)平衡状态的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2022年3月期间我科收治的112例眩晕症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为倍他司汀组和联合组,各56例。倍他司汀组患者餐后口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,联合组患者在倍他司汀组基础上增加口服强力定眩片治疗。对比两组患者眩晕症状、血流动力学、ET-1/CGRP平衡状态、不良反应。结果:治疗3 m后,联合组的眩晕症状评分、眩晕障碍调查量表(Dizziness handicap inventory,DHI)评分低于倍他司汀组(P<0.05)。联合组的右椎动脉(Right vertebral artery,RVA)、左椎动脉(Left vertebral artery,LVA)及基底动脉(Basilar artery,BA)均高于倍他司汀组(P<0.05)。联合组的血清CGRP水平高于倍他司汀组,血清ET-1水平及ET-1/CGRP值低于倍他司汀组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:强力定眩片辅助倍他司汀治疗眩晕症,通过调节血清ET-1、CGRP物质的平衡改善血流动力学,显著改善患者的临床症状,且联合治疗不会增加不良反应,安全性高。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Qiangli Dingxuan Tablet combined with betahistine on the hemodynamic level and the balance state of endothelin-1(ET-1)/human calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in patients with vertigo.Methods:A total of 112 patients with vertigo in our department from September 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into betahistine group and combination group according to the random number table method.Patients in betahistine group were treated with betahistine,and patients in combination group were treated with betahistine combined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablet.Vertigo symptoms,hemodynamics,ET-1/CGRP balance,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the dizziness symptom score and Dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score of the combined group were lower than those of the betahistine group(P<0.05).The right vertebral artery(RVA),left vertebral artery(LVA)and basilar artery(BA)in the combined group were higher than those in the betahistine group(P<0.05).The serum CGRP level in the combined group was higher than that in the betahistine group,and the serum ET-1 level and ET-1/CGRP value were lower than those in the betahistine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups were of no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of vertigo with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablet and betahistine can improve the hemodynamics by regulating the balance of serum ET-1 and CGRP substances,and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the combined treatment will not increase adverse reactions,with high safety.
