共同富裕视域下农民收入增长与农村政策支持耦合研究——以浙江省山区26县为例

Research on the Coupling of Farmers5 Income Growth and Rural Policy Support from the Perspective of Common Prosperity--Take 26 Counties in Mountain Areas of Zhejiang Province as an Example

山区26县是浙江省高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的重点、难点、突破点,三农问题是山区26县推进“扩中”“提低”改革、实现共同富裕的薄弱环节。农村政策的落地实施对改善优化农村产业结构、拓宽农民致富渠道存在积极导向作用。将浙江山区26县作为案例地,运用索洛增长方程探索农民收入与农村政策之间的关系,以期结合研究结论为提升农村政策供给的精准性、促进农民增收减负的高效性提供参考。

26 counties in mountain areas are the key,difficult and breakthrough points for the high-quality development and construction of common prosperity demonstration areas in Zhejiang Province.The issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmers are the weak links for 26 counties in mountain areas to promote the reform of expanding middle-income groups and increasing the income of low-income groups to realize common prosperity.The implementation of the rural policy has a positive guiding role in improving and optimizing the rural industrial structure and broadening the channels for farmers to get rich.Taking 26 counties in mountain areas of Zhejiang Province as a case study,the relationship between farmers9 income and rural policies by using Solow Growth Equation is explored,which provides reference for improving the accuracy of rural policy supply and promoting the efficiency of farmers5 income increase and burden reduction.
