农村精神文明建设是乡村振兴的重要内容之一,乡村振兴是农村精神文明建设的重要依托。当下农村精神文明建设还存在着乡村人才流失、部分村干部思想涣散、农村精神文明阵地薄弱等困境,可以通过落实人才引进政策、强化基层干部教育、开展文化宣讲和建立健全农村志愿服务组织等多方面、多渠道开展精神文明建设。

Rural spiritual civilization construction is one of the important contents of rural revitalization,and rural revitalization is an important support for rural spiritual civilization construction.At present,there are still some difficulties in the construction of rural spiritual civilization,such as the loss of rural talents,the lax thinking of some village cadres,and the weak position of rural spiritual civilization.The construction of spiritual civilization can be carried out through various channels,such as implementing the policy of talent introduction,strengthening the education of grassroots cadres,carrying out cultural lectures and establishing and improving rural volunteer service organizations.
