高职院校“思创融合”教育关键影响因素研究

Research on the Key Influencing Factors of Integration of Ideological and Political Education with Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

“思创融合”教育现已成为新时期打造高校创新创业教育升级版、加强大学生思政教育的重要策略与路径。运用DEMATEL法分析确定了高职院校“思创融合”教育关键影响因素是育人理念、意向观念、师资队伍、体制机制、环境氛围,提出了更新育人理念、营造环境氛围、健全体制机制、建强师资队伍等四项深化高职院校“思创融合”教育的针对性对策,助推新时代高职院校提升育人质量。

Integration of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important strategy and path to build an upgraded version of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and strengthen the ideological and political education of college students in colleges and universities in the new era.The DEMATEL method is used to analyze and determine that the key influencing factors of integration of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges as follows:the concept of education,the concept of intention,the teaching staff,the system and mechanism,and the environmental atmosphere.Four targeted countermeasures to deepen the integration of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges are put forward,such as updating the concept of education,creating an environmental atmosphere,improving the system and mechanism,and building a strong teaching staff,which promotes the quality of education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
