街道更新色彩管控的困境与优化策略:以上海广中路街道“美丽街区、美丽家园”实践案例为例

The Dilemma and Optimization Strategy of Color Control in Street Regeneration: A Case Study of Guangzhong Road Community in Shanghai

在城市更新的背景下,街道的色彩更新一般通过运动式的治理和项目式的改造来推进,地方管理机制的合理、完善是实现色彩更新、街道风貌提升的重要保障。本文以广中路“同”和“杂”的现状色彩特征为引,从广中路街道美丽街区、美丽家园的色彩更新工作流程中分析街道色彩风格的形成机制与问题隐患,进一步从基层管理的视角深入研究城市空间管理目前面临的困境及背后的权责博弈,最后提出改进建议。

In the context of urban renewal, the color change for streets is generally promoted through movement-like governance and project-based transformation. The reasonable local management mechanism is an important guarantee to realize color renewal and street view improvement. Introducing the current situation of the color convergence and mixture in Guangzhong Road, this paper further analyzes the color formation mechanism from the workflow of “beautiful blocks and beautiful homes” in Guangzhong Road, recognizes its existing problems, and further studies the current dilemma of urban spatial management and the rights and responsibilities behind it from the perspective of grassroots management, and finally put forward suggestions for improvement.
