摘要 移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)由于具有结构紧凑、操作简单、运行稳定和反应速度快的优点,在污水处理工艺领域得到了广泛关注。填料在MBBR反应器中起着至关重要的作用,它直接影响生物膜的生长,进而影响处理效率。介绍了无机填料、有机高分子填料和天然可降解高分子填料3种类型的填料并对不同类型填料的水处理效能进行了分析比较,总结得出聚乙烯填料是MBBR工艺的首选工程应用材料,但其也与其他种类材料一样存在处理效率需进一步提升等问题。基于此,针对原始填料,深入分析了填充改性、共混改性、物理改性、化学改性及复合改性等填料改性方法在废水生物处理优化和反应器效率提升中的应用,提出开发商业生产经济可行的亲水性有机填料和营养缓释型填料并尽快实现工程化应用为该领域未来的重点研究方向。 Moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)has been widely concerned in the field of wastewater treatment process due to its advantages of compact structure,simple operation,stable operation and fast reaction speed.The filler plays a vital role in the MBBR reactor,which directly affects the growth of the biofilm,thereby affecting the treatment efficiency.In this paper,three kinds of fillers,including inorganic fillers,organic polymer fillers and natural degradable polymer fillers,were introduced and compared in water treatment efficiency.It was concluded that the polyethylene filler was the preferred engineering application material for MBBR process.However,like other kinds of materials,it also had problems such as efficiency improvement.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzed the application performance of filler modification methods such as filling modification,blending modification,physical modification,chemical modification and composite modification in the optimization of wastewater biological treatment and the improvement of reactor efficiency.It was proposed that the development of commercially viable hydrophilic organic fillers and nutrient sustained-release fillers and the realization of engineering applications as soon as possible were the key research directions in this field in the future.
