慈竹高得率制浆废水好氧降解性能研究

摘要 探讨竹材高得率制浆废水的生物处理性能,对于实现造纸行业废水的高效低成本处理尤其重要。分工段探讨了4种化学浸渍工艺条件下慈竹高得率制浆废水的污染特征,采用有氧呼吸法对各段废水进行了好氧降解性能研究,重点探讨了各工段废水在一定时间范围内的摄氧率与BOD_(5)/COD的变化规律。结果表明:慈竹高得率制浆工艺的单位浆料废水发生量为6.20~7.73 m^(3)/t,排放废水COD的高值为4.64×10^(4)mg/L;随着浸渍段用碱量的增加,慈竹高得率制浆废水的污染负荷增加,其中浸渍用碱量为70 kg/t时COD污染负荷发生量最大,为313.67 kg/t;制浆废水有显著摄氧率指纹信息;蒸挤废水的平均BOD_(5)/COD为0.233,浸渍废水的平均BOD_(5)/COD为0.559,洗浆废水BOD_(5)/COD从0.262到0.441不等,漂白处理不会引起废水COD污染负荷的增加,但漂白后废水的可生化性却较大幅度降低。 Discussing the biological treatment performance of bamboo pulping wastewater with high yield is particularly important for achieving efficient and low-cost treatment of papermaking wastewater.The pollution characteristics of high yield pulping(HYP)wastewater of Neosinocalamus affinis under four chemical impregnation process conditions were discussed by separate proccess sections.The aerobic degradation performance of each section of wastewater was discussed by the aerobic respiration method,and the change rules of oxygen uptake rate and BOD_(5)/COD ratio of each section of wastewater within a certain time range was emphatically discussed as well.The results showed that the unit pulp wastewater generated by the high yield pulping process of Neosinocalamus affinis was 6.20-7.73 m^(3)/t,and the highest COD concentration of the discharged wastewater reached 4.64×10^(4)mg/L.With the increase of alkali consumption in the impregnation section,the pollution load of HYP wastewater of Neosinocalamus affinis increased.When the alkali consumption in the impregnation section was 70 kg/t,the COD pollution load was the largest,which was 313.67 kg/t.Pulping wastewater had significant fingerprint information of oxygen uptake rate.The average BOD_(5)/COD ratio of the wastewater from the steaming and extrusion section was 0.233,that from the impregnation section was 0.559,and that from the washing section ranged from 0.262 to 0.441.Bleaching treatment would not cause the increase of COD pollution load in wastewater,but the biodegradability of bleaching wastewater was greatly reduced.
